THE FASTEST WAY TO GO FROM AI AMBITION TO EXECUTION

AI Sprint Bootcamp

A 5-day, hands-on program where cross-functional teams align, prototype, validate and build working AI Agents tied to real business goals.

One Week, On-Site
4 cross-functional teams (up to 28 people)
4 Validated AI Use Cases
4 Functional AI Agent MVPs
Taught by enterprise-tested experts with 10+ years of experience

THE PROBLEM - The execution gap

Organizations don’t fail because they lack the vision. They fail in the missing middle - the gap between AI strategy and execution.
Goals are set, but no one knows where to start. AI pilots don’t connect to business outcomes. AI remains theoretical, scattered, and slow.
The AI Sprint Bootcamp is designed to close that gap.

The Outcomes

The AI Sprint Bootcamp is a hands-on, end-to-end experience where your teams move from vague AI mandates to tangible business results — in just 5 days. Working in 4 cross-functional teams, participants tackle real internal challenges and walk away with:

Ok
4 Validated AI Use Cases
Ok
Strategic AI Skills & Applied AI Skills
Ok
4 Customer-Tested AI Prototypes
Ok
4 Functional AI Agent MVPs

The Skills

The Bootcamp builds two types of capability your organization needs to execute on AI: strategic and applied AI skills.

Up to 28 participants are split into 4 cross-functional teams, each working on a real challenge from their part of the business. No hypothetical scenarios. No case studies..

Each team completes a full end-to-end cycle:

Frame a high-value AI opportunity
Design and prototype a solution
Test with real users to validate assumptions
Build and demo a functional AI agent MVP using no-code/low-code tools

Your teams don’t just gain knowledge — they leave with the confidence, language, and repeatable methods to run this process again across the organization.

Strategic AI Skills

Ok
Identify and prioritize high-value AI use-cases
Ok
Align cross-functional teams to business outcomes
Ok
Prototype and test solutions with real users

Program Format

Day 1: AI Problem Framing

Teams identify, prioritize, and frame high-value AI opportunities aligned to business goals and user needs.

  • Eliminate low-potential or vague ideas early
  • Map the opportunity against customer journeys and workflows
  • Align stakeholders around the most promising, high-impact challenge
  • Synthesize everything into a clear AI Use Case Card — your team’s strategic brief for the week
Outcome: A focused, co-created AI use case — feasible, valuable, and aligned with strategy

Days 2–3: AI Design Sprint

Teams turn opportunities into solution concepts, prototypes, and user-tested insights.

  • Break down the use case into critical moments to explore
  • Generate multiple solution sketches and select the best approach
  • Build a realistic AI prototype (not wireframes — simulation of AI behavior)
  • Test with real users or internal stakeholders to validate or refine the direction
Outcome: A customer-tested AI prototype, grounded in real feedback and use-case assumptions

Days 4–5: AI Build Lab

Teams build functional AI agents using no-code/low-code tools and evaluate readiness for deployment.

  • Translate the prototype into a working AI agent
  • Write meta-prompts and design intelligent behaviors
  • Connect your AI agent to tools (Slack, spreadsheets, Google Drive, etc.)
  • Define KPIs and apply a Responsible AI Assessment to ensure compliance
  • Demo your agent and iterate based on team and peer feedback
Outcome: A functional, demo-ready AI Agent MVP — built by your team, with your data, for your context

Why it's one of a kind?

The AI Sprint Bootcamp is the result of a deliberate, high-trust collaboration between two specialist organizations with complementary strengths:
Design Sprint Academy and AI Academy.

Most programs are theory-only or tool-only. Most vendors are strong in either strategy or tech — never both. Most programs teach pieces of the solution.

This Bootcamp delivers the full stack:

Design Sprint Academy

Experts in structured innovation and decision-making

  • → Created the globally used Problem Framing method (launched at Google, SF)
  • → Delivered 87+ strategic projects for SAP, Adidas, Red Bull, Siemens Energy, eBay, HSBC, and more
  • → Trained 3,000+ teams globally in design sprints and problem framing since 2017
  • → Brings the strategy, facilitation, and alignment
  • → Focus: Frame the right problem, align cross-functional teams and validate solutions

AI Academy

Experts in applied, responsible AI education

  • → Specializes in no-code/low-code AI agents, prompt design, and team-ready AI systems
  • → Founded by Gianluca Mauro – Harvard lecturer, TED speaker, and Guardian-published AI ethics expert
  • → Trained over 12,000 professionals in AI adoption since 2017
  • → Brings the AI tools, methods, and technical fluency
  • → Focus: Build working AI agents that solve real business problems
